Established in 2005, Project Management Services, Inc. (PMSI) is a comprehensive Project management (aka Owner’s Representative firm), with projects in every major city in Texas, as well as Louisiana, Florida, and Ohio.
Our project management services include programming, real estate assessment, planning, budgeting, design management, and construction management. With extensive experience effectively directing architects, consultants, and contractors on a continuous basis, our team is committed to providing exceptional service through honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
PMSI’s project experience includes extensive charter school projects for IDEA Public Schools located throughout Texas, Louisiana, Florida, and Ohio; Great Hearts America in San Antonio, the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex, and Austin; UPLIFT Education in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex; and Austin Achieve Public Schools in Austin.
Our experience also includes commercial office work such as Four Points Centre (Austin), City West Place (Houston), Brookhollow Central (Houston), and Yard 111 (San Antonio), and restoration work for non-profit and public entities such as, the Communities Foundation of Texas – Caruth Homeplace in Dallas and the Governor’s Mansion in Austin.
PMSI manages the owner’s design consultants, prime contractor(s), specialty vendors, and provide the owner with a single, comprehensive status of all construction contracts related to the project. As part of our services, we provide support for owners in the areas of planning and due diligence for land acquisitions, budget development and controls, design management, cost estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, and scheduling.
Experience managing large, complex projects on tight timelines have built the foundation for our success. Strong leadership skills, clear communication and extensive experience are the key elements that PMSI uses to managing projects. The staff of PMSI has a proven track record of establishing effective communication channels on projects, both formally and informally. As the client representative, PMSI provides a single channel of communication that allows for clear conveyance of information and provides for the expeditious resolution of critical issues that arises during the progress of the project. PMSI is highly flexible and able to respond effectively to unforeseen issues.
